Bio
John Enoch Freeman, the visionary, was born on March 20, 1972, in Long Beach, CA and grew up on Fashion Avenue. He is the 9th child and has 10 brothers and sisters. Enoch loved sports, basketball in particular, and was a profound basketball player. At the age of 15, he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart. He could no longer play the game he loved so much. He was told he would need to wait until he was 18 to have surgery. So in the meantime, Enoch was given an opportunity to join a prestigious modeling agency. He was bit by the fashion bug, and his life made a complete turnaround. Enoch joined a program in fashion merchandising.
He enjoyed working in print and runway modeling and designing; he found a greater passion in the world of fashion. On his 21st birthday, he was a runway model wearing Couture fashion for a well-known designer. He was then chosen as a print model for Champion Sports apparel.
Enoch spent many years as a model and then one night he had a dream, he saw himself on Fashion Ave., walking out of his door with a T-Shirt on. That design became the first Enoch09 Clothing Apparel design. He began to research and found the meaning of his name was “DEDICATED.” And since Enoch already had a heart for humanity and a love for mankind, he knew he was connected to a greater purpose in life. Through visions and insights, he learned that being dedicated to your purpose is a powerful motivator.
He was so dedicated to basketball, that even though that wasn’t his purpose in life to play, his dedication led to him finding his true calling. He felt that was the miracle. His purpose found him while he was in action dedicating himself to his love of basketball and realized he had an even greater love for fashion. His heart is dedicated to his desire to share his brand with the world. He believes if one person can be helped by realizing that they too have a purpose for living and that purpose is dedicated to them also, and it shows up sometimes as a gift when you least expect it.
Once Enoch had the realization that fashion was his purpose, he was told by the doctors he no longer had an enlarged heart. He credits that to his faith and prayer. Since that time, Enoch09 clothing apparel has been seen on Award shows, in music videos, in Trade shows, on the Red Carpet, in festivals, and on film.
